LPW Group adds to its capabilities and reach with the acquisition of Wilson Contract Services

LPW Group (LPW), the national truck and fleet washing company has completed on the acquisition of Wilson Contract Services (WCS), bringing specialist signage, decoration, and bespoke cleaning services.

LPW is a national commercial vehicle cleaning specialist. With over
£35 million turnover and 45 years’ experience LPW are the UK’s market leader in fleet cleaning and truck wash services. In addition to their ambitious organic growth plans, LPW are adopting an acquisition strategy to accelerate growth in specialist cleaning services, bringing in both new services and clients.

Established in 1990 and led by Managing Director Andrew Wilson, WCS has grown into one of the UK’s leading suppliers of signage, decoration programmes and bespoke cleaning services. WCS operates a national service for clients ranging from small independent companies to major blue-chip organisations including Asda and Morrisons.
