Alinea expands global reach by joining Pandion Partners

We are delighted to announce that Alinea has joined Pandion Partners, the international advisory network, marking an important step in our growth and giving our clients access to a genuinely global platform.

Pandion Partners has been expanding steadily across Europe, and the UK had remained a gap in their network - until now. By joining Pandion, Alinea becomes the network's UK member, adding an important financial market to their European region and giving our clients direct access to Pandion's partners and expertise across the globe.

Alinea's co-founders, Oliver Wadlow and Simon Lloydbottom, both join Pandion Partners as Partners.

Oliver co-founded Alinea and brings a fresh and engaged approach to corporate finance advisory, having trained as a Chartered Accountant at BDO LLP. His experience includes roles at a national accountancy practice, a large advisory boutique, and a global accountancy firm.

Simon, also a co-founder of Alinea, has built his expertise from leading advisory firms, global accountancy practices, and corporate banks. He is passionate about working with mid-market businesses, particularly in the technology sector, to facilitate transactions. Simon is also a Chartered Accountant, having honed his skills at Clairfield International, BDO LLP, and Lloyds Corporate.
